In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "po999" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to po999, the operator of the gaming platform accessible at po999.ws and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the po999 website, mobile-optimised interface, gaming lobby, cashier, sports betting section, and all related services offered through po999.ws.

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the po999 registration process.

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, matched deposit bonus, free spin winnings, cashback credit, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player's Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process conducted by po999 in accordance with its compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the specified number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all schedules, supplementary policies (Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms), and any amendments published on the Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on po999, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity, and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party;
• You are not a person who has previously been self-excluded from po999 or had an Account closed by po999 for breach of these Terms;
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person when registering, depositing, or wagering;
• Real-money online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of po999 or any of its affiliated game providers, and you are not a close family member of any such person.

po999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Providing false information regarding age or identity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held within the Account.

Registration of an Account on po999 is required before any real-money gaming or betting activity can take place. The following conditions govern Account registration:

1. Each individual may hold only one Account on po999. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. po999 will merge or close duplicate accounts and void any bonuses associated with them.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and login credentials. po999 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
4. You must notify po999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting support at [email protected].
5. po999 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any individual at its sole and absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
6. Accounts are for personal, recreational use only. Using an Account for any commercial purpose, professional advantage, or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

po999 is required to conduct identity and payment verification as part of its compliance obligations. The KYC process may be initiated at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any other time during the Account lifecycle at po999's discretion.

Documents that may be requested as part of the po999 KYC process include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification — CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is the preferred document for Pakistani players;
• A selfie or photograph holding the submitted identity document;
• Proof of payment method — for example, a screenshot of the JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet associated with your Account, or a recent bank statement showing account ownership;
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence not older than three months;
• Source of funds declaration for Accounts with high-volume transaction histories.

po999 will not process withdrawal requests from Accounts where KYC verification remains incomplete. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the period specified by po999 may have withdrawals suspended or the Account placed under review pending verification. po999 will not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete KYC documentation.

All KYC documents submitted to po999 are processed and stored in accordance with the po999 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or the applicable regulatory framework.

The following terms govern all deposits made to po999 Accounts:

1. po999 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, and retail cash OTC. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
2. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status and are displayed in the po999 cashier at the time of transaction.
3. All funds deposited to po999 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or accounts belonging to another individual are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.
4. po999 does not charge a processing fee on standard JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits. Fees applicable to other payment methods, if any, are disclosed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
5. Deposits are credited to your po999 Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. po999 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing infrastructure.
6. po999 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is identified as suspicious, made from a compromised payment method, or linked to fraudulent activity. In such circumstances, po999 will contact the Account holder before taking action where it is reasonably practicable to do so.
7. All funds deposited on po999 are held for gaming entertainment purposes only. Deposits do not earn interest. po999 accounts do not function as banking or savings accounts.

The following terms govern all withdrawal requests from po999 Accounts:

1. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for the real-money Balance in your Account. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
2. po999 requires completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted from unverified Accounts will be held pending completion of the KYC process.
3. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the po999 Account holder. po999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling period are displayed in the po999 cashier and vary by Account verification status and payment method.
5. po999 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15–30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals from fully verified Accounts during normal operating periods. Actual processing times may vary and po999 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe.
6. po999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including requests for further documentation. Withdrawal processing will be paused during the pendency of any such additional verification.
7. po999 reserves the right to void any winnings and return the original deposit amount where it reasonably suspects that a wager was placed in breach of these Terms, including in circumstances of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or system malfunction.

All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives offered by po999 are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general terms below:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balances. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion has a stated Wagering Requirement. Until the full Wagering Requirement is met, no withdrawal of Bonus Funds or any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be processed.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain at the expiry of the validity period are forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Game contribution percentages are stated on each promotion page. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

• po999 employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to claim any bonus or promotional offer.

The following general rules apply to all casino and game sessions on po999:

1. All games available on po999 are supplied by third-party game providers. The specific rules governing each game — including paylines, payout tables, and RTP — are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing wagers.
2. po999 does not modify game outcomes. RNG games are independently certified by recognised testing laboratories including eCOGRA, GLI, and iTech Labs. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment — cards, wheels, or tiles — in real time on video feed.
3. The following rules apply specifically to sports betting activity on po999, including cricket betting, PSL markets, and all other sports markets:

• Odds are offered at po999's discretion and are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. Bets placed before an odds change are honoured at the odds accepted at the time of placement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability. po999 may suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice. Bets accepted before suspension remain valid.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cannot be completed within 36 hours of its originally scheduled start time, all outstanding bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific settlement rules stated for the market provide otherwise.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day apply and are visible in the betting interface. po999 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on individual accounts or markets at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed on incorrect or clearly erroneous odds — including odds resulting from a typographical error or system fault — may be voided by po999, with the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.
• Match-fixing, corruption, or any attempt to exploit inside knowledge in sports betting is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

po999 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all Account holders via account settings, at no cost and without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount deposited to your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual play sessions. Mandatory break notifications are issued when the session limit is approached.
• Loss Limits: Cap the net amount you can lose within a defined period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your Account temporarily for a period ranging from 24 hours to six weeks. Account access is restored automatically at the end of the selected period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from po999. Self-exclusion requests submitted via [email protected] are actioned within 24 hours. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once confirmed.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on po999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling po999 to immediately close the Account and forfeit all funds therein:

1. Creating or operating more than one Account on po999, whether under the same or different personal details;
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or claim bonuses;
3. Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
4. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game software — any such exploitation must be reported to po999 immediately upon discovery;
5. Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit transaction after the associated funds have been wagered;
6. Using the po999 platform for money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other financial crime;
7. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information at any stage of the Account lifecycle;
8. Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account bonus farming or exploiting promotional loopholes;
9. Harassing, abusing, or threatening po999 staff or other players in any communication channel.

po999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Receipt of a valid legal demand from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off request.

Where an Account is closed by po999 for any reason other than breach of these Terms, the real-money Balance (excluding any Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, po999 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Balance, including real-money funds, pending investigation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, po999's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

po999 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform;
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failure, ISP restrictions, or circumstances beyond po999's reasonable control;
• Game outcomes, including outcomes resulting from RNG processes certified by independent laboratories;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials;
• Actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or network operators.

All content on the po999 Platform — including but not limited to the po999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the property of po999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of po999.

po999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on po999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the po999 Privacy Policy.

po999 does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party KYC verification services, payment processors, and game providers is strictly limited to what is necessary for those functions and is governed by po999's data processing agreements with those parties.

po999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with the effective date clearly indicated. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects the rights or obligations of Players — po999 will endeavour to notify registered Account holders via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account at least seven days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which po999 is incorporated and operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and po999, you should first contact the po999 support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. po999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 72 hours and will endeavour to resolve complaints within 28 days of receipt of all relevant information. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, po999 will direct you to any applicable external dispute resolution process available in the relevant jurisdiction.

You and po999 agree that any legal proceedings brought in connection with these Terms shall be conducted in the courts of competent jurisdiction applicable to po999's operating entity, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
